Anxiety Management Programme: Stop Anxiety Controlling Your Life

This programme of 6 Premium Webinars is specifically designed to give women the toolkit and understanding to manage their anxiety. It will run over 6 weeks and be interactive (participation is encouraged, but not compulsory) in a safe and nurturing environment run by Samantha Garner. There will be weekly challenges/homework, self-esteem boosts and ways to evaluate your progress.

Samantha Garner is a qualified mental health professional with extensive experience supporting mental health. Due to the high volume of women struggling to manage their anxiety, she’s designed this six week programme to share vital, practical tools and strategies.
