Or you can dip in and out when needed, for example when you are finding stress overwhelming. If we don’t have a resource for what you need, ask us and we’ll add it.

Empower
MembershipThe ‘Plus’: Once a month our Empower members can join Sam for a live online workshop. It’s an opportunity to connect with Sam and each other. There will be a theme for each one but there’ll be lots of chat, support for each other and opportunities to ask any questions. It’ll be like a hug for your brain, but online. Join a community that cares.

Membership Service- For companies: for companies wishing to provide Balanced People for their employees.
- Empower your staff to manage their mental wellbeing.
- Discounted rates: The more of your staff using the resources, the less you pay per employee. Pricing based on the number of log-ins needed. Tiers at 10, 20, 50, 75, 100 and 150+ log-ins.
- PLUS: Get all the resources plus regular employee surveys and feedback on website usage (aggregated anonymised data ONLY).
- Business+: Like the Empower Individual Membership, comes with invites for your employees to the monthly online workshop with Founder and expert Sam Garner. Business+ costs a little more, but we’re worth it!

Dip in and out as you need us
Some weeks you won’t need us, you’ll just benefit from the weekly email. However, we’ll always be there when you need, even if it’s just a 5/10 minute boost for you.
Long term
We’re here for you in the long term, but if you decide you don’t need us then leaving is easy. No complicated tie ins or terms and conditions.
