Personal Memberships

Our membership options give you a variety of ways to benefit from our support 24/7. You can follow a specific programme of resources to help with anxiety or depression. Or you can dip in and out when needed, for example when you are finding stress overwhelming. If we don’t have a resource for what you need, ask us and we’ll add it.

Our resources are designed to be easy to use and not time consuming. They’re also realistic and not full of academic psychological language – just straight forward advice.

Dip in and out as you need us

Some weeks you won’t need us, you’ll just benefit from the weekly email. However, we’ll always be there when you need, even if it’s just a 5/10 minute boost for you.

Long term

We’re here for you in the long term, but if you decide you don’t need us then leaving is easy. No complicated tie ins or terms and conditions.

Advice, Humour, and more

Our videos and podcasts are conversational, designed to help you handle a whole range of situations with ease and confidence. We provide practical advice to help you navigate difficult times, while also helping you build better relationships with yourself and others. With a healthy dose of humour, you’ll be sure to have a great time while learning how to make yourself happier.
